Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between [Your Company] (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") in the version valid at the time of the order.

Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer places an order via the online order form on the provider’s website and the provider confirms the order via email.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in euros and include the statutory VAT. Payment is made according to the payment methods specified in the order process.

Delivery Terms

Delivery is made within the delivery times specified on the website. The shipment of goods is at the provider’s risk.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer took possession of the goods.

Liability

The provider is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by the provider or its agents.

Final Provisions

German law applies. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office.
